Movie
Paris, FranceHow do you get to Collignon's Grocery, the place that appears in Amelie?
Collignon's Grocery is the Montmartre greengrocer where Amélie stops daily to listen to neighborhood gossip and silently observe the cruel treatment of Lucien, the kind-hearted shop assistant. In real life it's Maison Collignon, located on the corner of rue des Trois Frères and rue Androuet in the 18th arrondissement — just steps from Amélie's apartment building. The shop still sells fruit, vegetables and Amélie souvenirs today, and is stuffed with press articles about the film's success.
